Background

The Australian Veterinary Association is the professional organisation that represents veterinarians across Australia.

Following a competitive technology vendor and delivery partner selection process, the AVA engaged Episerver and LEVO to assist in executing their digital transformation program. The goal, to replace their aging technology platform to drive engagement with both members and pet owners across Australia. 

Challenge

The AVA were operating an ageing content management system that was holding the organisation back from effectively engaging with their audience via digital channels. 

As part of a wider digital transformation program, LEVO were tasked with the challenge of creating a a dual-purpose template library capable of communicating with both pet owners and members of the Veterinary community. 

The solution was required to integrate with an association management system, digital asset manager and online payment gateway.
