Tourism Tas

How might we reimagine a future digital experience for tourism and deliver utility for users.

Embarking on a total refresh of their digital properties Tourism Tasmania wanted to break from the norms of the tourism sector and deliver a connected experience centred around utility and Tassie's uniquely anti-ordinary experiences.

Using existing user research to inform the experience strategy and customer journey we developed a transformation roadmap and embarked on an iterative design process through wireframing, concept development and UI.

Through extensive stakeholder consulation and collaboration with the Tourism Tasmania's research partner we were able to shape the experience around the desires of travellers throughout their journey and provide utility during planning and at their destination.
