How might we clearly articulate the benefit of a digital transformation to a Board of Directors, and engage the employees in the overall vision.
The Beyond Blue senior executive team had a vision for a whole-of-business transformation that would revolutionise the way they delivered mental health services to Australians.
To make sure this project was successful, we had to be confident that employees at all levels of the organisation felt like their voices were heard, their experience was valued and they had a shared vision for the future.
We used collaborative design workshops to bring everyone together to create a strategic narrative through the use of proto-personas, journey maps and architecture diagrams. These told a compelling story of the future, that was easily understood by employees, stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
With all levels of the organisation aligned, and the groundwork set, Beyond Blue was well on their way to realising their vision.
