Project BriefBack to all projects

Samsung Electronics Australia Telecommunications Division approached Levo to create a one stop shop for retail sales staff to gain access to information and rich media surrounding their wide array of handsets. The objective was to reduce man hours spent manually training and educating staff on handset features, functions and their competitor advantages.

The Solution

Through an exhaustive requirements and planning phase, a complex, yet intuitive content delivery platform was devised. In order to manage and deliver the content to their many retail banners over all states the system would essentially become the Samsung CRM.

A high quality front-end interface, reflective of the Samsung brand was designed to allow users to explore and engage with Samsung product information and educational material. The complexities of the content are invisible to the user, the user experience allows them to quickly identify and browse required information.

The final product includes rich media such as product demonstration videos, implementation of a training and certification system, a product ordering system and tools which allow Samsung to manage all store correspondence such as part requests, online.

The Results

Phase 1 of the project has been launched to great feedback from the retail staff and sales reps. User uptake continues to rise week to week. Recent updates include enhanced content targeting management for channels and creation of an email campaign system with automation and workflow.
