Since the Oaks Group first started taking paid online bookings, Levo has provided the Oaks with its booking engine.  With the advent of channels such as wotif.com the challenge became increasing the volume of bookings taken via the Oaks website rather than other channels.  The key benefits to this are reduced cost of transaction, no commissions and faster cash flow.  Levo has worked very closely with the Oaks team to achieve a significant uplift in direct bookings and we continue to do so.

The Solution

Levo has provided Oaks with several iterations of the Levo booking engine.  Each release has delivered real improvements.  The improvements are contributed to by utilising the feedback and ideas of Oaks marketing staff, who closely monitor market trends, technology and devise ways of cost effectively attracting customers.  Without Levo and Oaks working closely the resulting up-lifts would not be possible.

Levo continues to deliver to Oaks a cutting edge website and booking engine based on Microsoft .NET and SQL.  The booking engine integrates with IP Payments, and contributes to the near $60M Levo processes in online transactions per annum.
